Relive the 1992 World Series

It's the Braves versus the Jays. Bobby Cox versus Cito.

It seems like yesterday to us...Upside down flags, Kelly Gruber's tomohawk chop, Maldonado over everything, Derek Bell(!), Jimmy Key's swan song as a Jay, Winfield's double, Timlin to Carter, Pat Tabler on top of the pile. We're getting misty just thinking about it.

Have a great weekend kids, and enjoy the memories.

Timlin's the last of the '92 Jays ... Glavine and Smoltz are the only Braves left from that sesaon, are they not?

(Hangs head in shame for having to be the first to answer.)

was weathers there? Tabler seemed to think David "Stormy" Weathers was there

Weathers was on the team, but didn't play in the playoffs. (He was a September call up.)

sager: It depends if David Wells is retired or just taking a year off to beef up for a comeback with the Yankees.
