(Note from the Executive Editor: The following is a baseball post. It shall not refer in any way shape or form to any ticket sale schemes or marketing blunders or perceived slights or front office gaffes. It shall only refer to baseball. Because baseball is almost here. And that is news that rocks both the house and the boulevard. Read on.)
Dustin McGowan is reporting to spring training (with or without the Lambchops That Ate The Rockies) in three and a half days.
Fuck, man. Baseball is fucking awesome.

Hear! Hear! Baseball is fucking awesome!
Hell, I'm drinking vodka and watching the Jays last few games of last year on the archives of MLBTV and it's 3:00 in the afternoon*.
That may just make me lame, but if you're reading this then you're probably jealous or doing the same thing.
Either way BASEBALL IS FUCKING AWESOME!!
*True Story.
I hate to steal your thunder, Tao... But Dustin already reported some time ago, according to Wilner.
From his blog on the 1st of February:
"Pitchers and catchers report on February 15th, everyone else on February 20th, with the first full-squad workout scheduled for February 21st. A lot of guys check in earlier, though. Dustin McGowan has already reported, for example."
I'm so excited for McGowan this season... From what I've read, he's worked his ass off this offseason.
Then again... I'm excited for everything. SOON!
... But not soon enough!
I concur with everything written here. Let's fucking get this thing underway. I need to draft my damn fantasy team, and I need to see some games, like, now.
I must agree with everything that has been said in or about this post. Fuck, baseball is amazing.
Wouldn't it be nice if ESPN Classic (that piece of shit channel that we pay for month in and month out) would get over its goddamn Doug Gilmour man crush and play some baseball once in a while? Especially now, when we need it?
Seriously: We don't need to watch classic pub nights. Ever.
Hey there,
