Jays Spank Nationals

Back for the second game in their three game series against Washington, the Jays did their best to look like a team that could put together a winning streak. Strong pitching (Sean Marcum was tremendous with 11 Ks over 7 innings) and timely hitting (more like 'about time' hitting from Vernon Wells with his first HR in 88 at bats) carried our heroes to a 7-3 victory for their third straight victory bringing the Jays to within a game of .500. Nothing can stop them now! you smell gasoline?
